Porsches 911s are usually the sort of sportscar that you’d
associate with middle-aged corporate people who like something to make
them feel alive. But Stuttgart seems to have hit the nail on the head,
and the rear-engined legend is slowly but surely earning points with
rappers.
Souka Boy Twitted pics of his white 911 Cabrio a couple of days ago, and Rihanna got a 997-generation 911 Turbo S from Jay-Z record company. But none of those are quite as fresh as this 2012 Porsche 911 Carrera S owned by Wiz Khalifa.
The 25-year old originally from North Dakota scored this ride only recently, since he posted a photo of it on Christmas Eve for all his Facebook fans to check out. From what we can tell, t’s got the optional Agate Grey Metallic paintjob, black leather interior, panoramic glass roof and 20-inch Carrera Classic wheels in gloss black. It’s a good thing that roof pops open, so all the smoke can come right out.
Khalifa also posted a photo of his custom Porche key, which usually only comes with the Panamera but can be configured for a 911 as well. He got to know the sexy new 911 while filming “It’s Nothin” released in November, but that was a Cabrio version.
