Pickup trucks are still very popular in the US, even though the
real need for one should have been slowly diminishing since the late
1960s, as more people moved into the city. However, Americans still love
them, and proof of this is the fact that in 2012, Ford’s F-Series
trucks topped the sales charts, selling a total of 645,316 units.
