Having previously shown you the stunning coupe version of BMW’s collaboration with Zagato, we can now show you a rendered version of what the car could look like in roadster form.
Honestly, we can’t decide which version looks best, as the coupe’s roofline is excellently designed, but then again, it looks just as good without a roof. This car should be a wake-up call for BMW who have gone from boring to ultra-boring with their latest offerings, which despite being elegant and imposing, don’t really deserve any other praise in terms of design.
Being reportedly powered by an inline-six, a BMW trademark, a similar engine to that found in the Z4 35is, but tuned to 400 hp, the car should achieve sub 5-second 0-100 km/h (0-60 mph) times easily, while being complimented by the evocative BMW six - a real joy, especially in the open-top version.
