This more practical version of the handsome ’12 A6 sedan is coming out in Europe later this year, powered by engines like the superb 3.0-liter turbo V6 and the excellent 3.0-liter TDI diesel. Maximum cargo space is 59.3 cubic feet, and the tailgate is gesture-activated. Just wiggle a foot and it opens. It may look like you’re auditioning for So You Think You Can Dance, but it can be really useful. Audi, what would it take to reconsider?
