The Frog eBike is what one gets when the designers of the first
Apple Macintosh computers are asked to create an electric motorcycle.
Envisioned by Jin Seok Hwang, the Frog eBike is so much more than a
statement, as it takes the motorcycle design to a new level of blending
form and functionality.
A large empty space is to be found where the engine of a traditional motorcycle should have been. It adds to the weight-saving, while also making the Frog eBike look so much different. We're not sure how would knee-steering feel while riding such a bike, though.
The clean design is dramatically helped by the hubless rear wheel, also incorporating the electric engine. We must also mention the nifty, organic looks of the swingarm. The batteries are housed in the lower part of the frame and this makes for a very stable bike, thanks to the lower center of gravity.
The Frog eBike comes with fly-by-wire throttle for instant and precise response and a top-drawer OLED dash offering all the needed riding data and more. With the Frog eBike in permanent contact with the cloud and heads-up display with retina movement detection, riding a potential production bike will definitely be a thrilling experience. We'd really love to see such a beast on the street
